Welcome to K9 Health and Fitness week everyone! Bec here reporting from K9 Pro HQ.
For those of you who don’t know me I’m the Sales and Marketing coordinator at K9. The team here at K9 Pro have been super busy the last few weeks preparing something really special for you all and today we are super excited to launch it – our first ever K9 Health and Fitness week!
From today until this Friday, we’ll be sending out a heap of great information to you about canine health and fitness, with articles written by canine health experts and interviews with a range of professionals, great new products to help you keep your dog in peak condition and much much more.
I am sure you are wondering, why health and fitness? Years ago before I started working for K9 Pro, I was a client of Steve’s training my Beagle Daisy, in our Training in Drive distance learning package. The first thing Steve said to me when I sent him our first training video was that Daisy (pictured, now obviously fit and lean!) was overweight, needed to slim down and her fitness needed improving.
Keeping a dog in great physical condition is important regardless of whether they are a sport dog, working dog or pet but it’s especially crucial when you’re using a high intensity training program like training in drive. Health and fitness is something I hear Steve talk to about clients daily, and we can’t emphasize enough how important it is to keep your dog as fit and healthy as they can be.
So we’ve got together some specialist vets, canine health experts, great new products and more to present to you each day of this week so you can learn more about canine health and fitness to ensure your dog is healthy, fit and in peak condition.
And of course, it wouldn’t be K9 Pro without a competition!
We’ve got a range of super products up for grabs and all you need to do is be on our mailing list to automatically go in the draw to win (just fill in the form below to go into the draw to win). You could win one of:
– FitPAWS Balance Disc

We’ll announce the winners on Monday 17 September!

Enjoy!

Hey Maree, yep there are loads of ways to exercise our dogs, and the FitPAWS gear is awesome.
As a vet nurse I see far too many overweight dogs which often have adverse effects on their health.
Hopefully people will see that exercising a dog doesn’t mean you have to walk for miles with your dog. Short sessions done often on the FitPaws equipment is a great way to have fun and get a fit and healthy dog at the same time.
Great to see all the new FitPaws equipment that people can purchase (or win) on your site. I will definately be directing people your way.
Cheers
Maree
